MT4 Tecnologia Ltda. developed, developer and owner of the senhasegura solution, it was certified in 2020 with the seal “Great Place to Work ” in its first year of participation in the research and becomes part of the select group of the best companies to work for in the country.

Performed with voluntary participation and employee confidentiality, a certification is a recognition offered by the global consultancy Great Place to Work (GPTW) for companies
that stand out in several aspects such as organizational climate, salary, benefits, opportunity for growth, infrastructure, transparency in management and autonomy of employees. MT4 achieved a score above the average score required (70 points) to obtain certification.

We believe that people are the main asset of an organization and even if technology is our core business, they are the people who make everything happen and we know that taking good care of our employees, they will take better care of our customers. There is always room for improvement, however the search for excellence is part of our daily lives and the achievement of this seal only shows us that we are on the right path to make our work environment better and better.
